2. Overview

This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served locally; no data is sent to Google Fonts or other third parties when you visit. External content (YouTube, SoundCloud) is only loaded once you explicitly allow it by clicking.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by [hosting provider, address] under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) is processed in server log files on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in providing a secure, error-free website. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons, recognisable by the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us or the management by email or phone, your details are processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Esther Schollum Artists Management is independently responsible for enquiries sent to the agency.

6. Local storage in your browser

We store in your browser’s local storage only whether you have allowed external media and whether the loading screen has already been shown in this session. This is strictly necessary to provide the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). No personal data is transmitted to us. You can change your choice at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer.

7. YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode)

Videos on the media page are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). A connection is only established when you click “Play”; your IP address and the page visited are then transmitted to YouTube, which may use cookies or similar technologies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 8. SoundCloud

The SoundCloud player (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany) is only loaded after you click “Load player”; your IP address and the page visited are then transmitted to SoundCloud. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). More: soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.

9. Links to social networks

Instagram, Facebook, Operabase and SoundCloud are only linked. No social media plugins are embedded; data is only transferred if you follow a link, in which case the provider’s privacy policy applies.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–18, 20, 21 GDPR) and may withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
